Mentors training

We completed the mentors training on the project “Springboard To Roma Youth Success”(Story_S), which aims to support the education and professional development of Roma youth through long-term peer-to-peer mentoring, workshops, a public campaign, and conferences under the European Commission’s Programme Rights, Equality and Citizenship.

The group of mentors includes amazing young people with experience that will prove useful in the project. We discussed the mentorship phases and their specifics: building relationships, setting goals, working with Roma youth and their parents. We also worked on developing and improving various skills.
