D@ta.hesed – where social innovations meet high technologies

D@ta.hesed is an extremely challenging project for our organization. The project is an intersection point where the care for our clients is turning into numbers. To make this possible, we have come a long way of organizational diagnostics: describing the relationships between programs and services, information flows – internal and external, updating organizational roles and horizontal and vertical interactions within and outside HESED teams.

After a procedure for the selection of a contractor, we have already chosen the company that will create our new database. We have entrusted our dream for a modern, practical and convenient digital system to the experienced team of programmers and developers of WIND WITH ME.

We hope that this will be the beginning of a fruitful cooperation in which we will digitize the processes in HESED.
